How do I find inspiration to create art?
Inspiration to create art often than not does not visit us like dreams. What do you do? How would you start drawing or painting if there are no ideas? My personal advice, which you might have heard from many, and applied to anything in life is that you just need to make a start. No matter what, just simply start with anything even abstract ideas such as doodling with pencil might plant some seeds of ideas. You will notice that as you get more involved in your project, ideas will follow and maybe your first sketch might not be ideal, you can always improve upon it by changing some details, adding some objects or changing colours, texture, tone, depth of colour, thus your second or third version of your art piece will look nothing like what you have started with.
